HAND Crafted pizza in Mesa, Arizona

Myke’s love of cooking and baking predates the “y” in his name, a spelling change he made in ninth grade in an effort to be cool. Outside of the kitchen, Myke enjoys watching movies, planning dream vacations, and reading John Steinbeck.

About

What is a pop up?
A pop up is a temporary restaurant. We set up a portable kitchen with a mini pizza oven on the patio in front of Sweet Cakes Cafe in downtown Mesa, Arizona. We’re open two nights a week — Friday and Saturday — and our plan is to continue until the blistering Arizona summer makes it too uncomfortable to be outdoors.

Do you want to open a brick-and-mortar pizza shop?
Yep! Ideally, we’d love to have a space where people can slow down and connect and share a great meal with friends, family, or even complete strangers.

Why not do a food truck?
Because we’re more interested in opening a restaurant!

Can I call ahead to place an order?
Maybe. Since we’re such a small organization we don’t have a dedicated phone line yet. But if you have one of our personal numbers feel free to call or text. We can fulfill your phone order as long as we’re not too busy.
